Accessible and suitable for all levels, the integral hatha course combines postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama), with a more internalized work of deep relaxation, meditation and introspection. 1h20 of relaxation and good humor !

What if we finally take time for ourselves, to reconnect with nature, to recharge our batteries, to deepen our practice, but above all to experience a magical moment with all the energy of the group and the LIVING? Several times a year, I organize retreats in inspiring and rejuvenating places, in osmosis with nature and its principles.
